Returns and Exchanges

Email support@shopdame.com for return authorization. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. Returns and exchanges must be in original condition, unused & unworn, with all tags attached. All sales of ON SALE items, hair accessories, jewelry, lingerie, sunglasses and custom-made (personalized) items are final. DAME Boutique LLC, reserves the right to deny credit if, upon receipt, the returned merchandise does not meet company return policy requirements. Customers may choose whether they would like to exchange, receive an in-store credit, or receive a refund. Sorry, shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 15 days from the day you ship the return for your account to be credited. Send the package via UPS or insured U.S. Postal Service with the RA# clearly marked to the below address.


Returning items to shopdame.com takes just a few simple steps:

  1. Email your request to support@shopdame.com. You will be sent a Return Authorization number (RA#) via email.
  2. Securely package your item in the original box, if possible.
  3. Address the package to:

  4. Please write your RA# on the outside of the package.

Once your items are received and processed by our Returns Department, your credit card will be refunded the full amount. This may take up to 10 business days to properly reflect on your statement.

Shipping

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on week days after 12pm, or on weekend days or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. ShopDAME offers four types of shipping options for delivery within the United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, APO addresses or US territories. All packages are shipped via UPS.
